Territorial Analysis
We exhaustively evaluate existing conditions, including topography, hydrology, ecosystems, infrastructure, and usage patterns, to base planning decisions on solid evidence.
Specialists in masterplanning, sustainable urban design, and strategic zoning to create urban environments that harmoniously integrate housing, buildings, and public spaces.
Designing the sustainable future of Bolivian cities
We combine technical innovation with social sensitivity to create functional, sustainable, and vibrant urban spaces.
We develop comprehensive master plans that define the spatial structure, connectivity, and character of entire urban areas, establishing a cohesive vision for long-term development.
Each master plan considers environmental, social, and economic factors to create resilient and adaptable environments.
We design zoning strategies that optimize land use and promote functional diversity, creating balanced neighborhoods with proper distribution of urban activities.
Our zoning plans facilitate regulatory implementation and provide regulatory clarity for all involved actors.
We create residential neighborhoods with their own identity, where human scale, community spaces, and accessibility are fundamental priorities to foster a sense of belonging.
We integrate housing of different typologies to promote social and generational diversity in inclusive communities.
We implement sustainability strategies adapted to the Bolivian context, incorporating solutions for water management, renewable energy, and sustainable mobility.
Our projects prioritize green infrastructure and climate change adaptation as essential elements of contemporary urban design.
Our track record in urban planning and masterplanning spans various contexts and scales, always with a focus on sustainability and mixed-use.
Santa Cruz de la Sierra, 2023
Residential development with 120 housing units organized around green community spaces, incorporating rainwater harvesting systems and solar energy.
La Paz, 2024
Mixed-use development with ground-floor commerce, offices, and apartments on upper floors, creating an urban activity node with direct connection to public transportation.
Cochabamba, 2022
Master plan for an ecological neighborhood with integrated green infrastructure, active mobility, and sustainable resource management, serving as a model for resilient urban development.
Sucre, 2023
Urban regeneration plan for the historic center, balancing heritage conservation with new uses that revitalize the area's economic and social fabric.
Santa Cruz de la Sierra, 2025
Office building with bioclimatic facade, water collection systems, and solar energy, integrated into a sustainable financial district master plan.
Tarija, 2024
Master plan developed through participatory methodologies, incorporating local needs in the definition of public spaces, equipment, and mobility networks.
We apply a systematic and collaborative approach to create urban plans that respond to specific needs of the Bolivian context, integrating technical, social, and environmental aspects.
We exhaustively evaluate existing conditions, including topography, hydrology, ecosystems, infrastructure, and usage patterns, to base planning decisions on solid evidence.
We involve communities, authorities, and other key actors in co-creation processes, ensuring that plans respond to real needs and have local ownership.
We prioritize integrated and multimodal transport systems, with emphasis on active mobility and public transport, reducing car dependency and improving environmental quality.
We develop flexible zoning strategies that facilitate the compatible mix of uses, appropriate densities, and harmonic transitions between different urban areas.
We incorporate strategies to reduce environmental impacts, promote urban biodiversity, and increase resilience to climate change through nature-based solutions.
Tangible results of our urban planning that demonstrate the positive impact on communities and built environments.
Santa Cruz de la Sierra, 2019-2022
Objective: Transform a degraded area with flooding problems into a vibrant and resilient urban corridor.
Solution: We implemented a comprehensive master plan that turned the canal into a linear park with flood mitigation infrastructure, connecting previously segregated neighborhoods through new bridges and paths. We introduced mixed-use zoning to activate urban fronts and promote local economic development.
Result: 85% reduction in flooding incidents, 40% increase in real estate value, creation of 12 hectares of public space, and establishment of 45 new local businesses in the revitalized corridor.

Cochabamba, 2020-2023
Objective: Develop a sustainable neighborhood model adapted to local climatic and sociocultural conditions.
Solution: We designed a master plan for 350 housing units with various typologies, organized around community spaces and green infrastructure systems. We implemented water management strategies, community solar energy, and urban agriculture integrated into the public space.
Result: 65% reduction in drinking water consumption, 40% energy self-sufficiency, local food production that supplies 25% of residents, and creation of a cohesive community with high participation in collective neighborhood management.
